Are you interested in Own Label products? Many Ko-Koá and Chocolotol packed products can be supplied with your own label instead of a Ko-Koá, Chocolotol or Madelaine label. Some examples are shown below.
It's easy to order!
It is best to contact us or your sales agent first to talk through your requirements. We will check that we can meet your lead time and will ask you to e-mail to us at Sales@hfChocolates.co.uk your logo or design as a high resolution JPG or PDF file. For technical reasons we cannot accept other file types.
Label sizes vary depending on the product. We mostly use small labels which may be unsuitable for very complex, long or wordy designs. The Chocolotol labels are 20mm square and the standard Ko-Koá label is 26mm square, although we do use a larger one which is 30mm x 45mm. The swing tags used on the nets are mostly either 45mm x 55mm or 35mm x 70mm. If you are concerned about getting a reasonable colour match (we can never get a precise match due to variations in ink and paper properties) then we will need a pantone reference or at the very least a hard copy which shows the correct colour.
Representative proofs will be posted to you once we have set up your labels. If you are happy with these we will ask you to confirm your approval in writing.
If you wish to have own label Christmas products, you must place your order and approve the labels before September, otherwise due to the seasonal pressure of work you will be disappointed.
When re-ordering, please ensure you make it clear that you require own label products again and please allow a longer delivery time than normal as your own label products have to be made to order.
It's not expensive! If your initial order for own label products is for at least £150, then we will produce the labels free of charge but if your initial order is less than £150 there will be a £35 set-up charge. For re-orders, we ask for a minimum order value of £100 of own label products.
