CocoaDance Tucked away in the heart of England in an idyllic National Park setting is the chocolate workshop of CocoaDance. The name comes from the traditional method of drying cocoa beans in the sun and the raking, shuffling and dancing that the female workers do to ensure the cocoa beans are turned regularly so that they dry evenly. Made entirely by hand with artistic flair and passion for chocolate, the truffles and slabs are unique in both style and flavour. They are quite simply a joy to eat! In addition, beautifully moulded chocolate novelties add a whimsical touch to the range. Gold Great Taste Award winners in 2008.
