What makes these bars so special is that they're made using raw Peruvian criollo cocoa, known as the "Queen of Cacao". It's raw because the cacao is never processed above 42 degrees celcius, allowing the nutrients to remain intact. The result is a luxurious raw dark chocolate with a great texture and a taste to savour! Organic, dairy free, gluten free, soya free, vegan, no refined sugars and handmade. The bars are sweetened naturally with coconut blossom sugar with a glycaemic index of 35.
